These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lucky Earning Track platform, services, and products. By accessing the platform, purchasing courses, or participating in the affiliate/direct selling system, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older
All registration details must be accurate and complete
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information
2. Courses & Digital Access
Courses are provided for personal learning use only
Sharing, reselling, or reproducing content is strictly prohibited
Access is granted only after successful payment
No guarantees are provided for results, jobs, or income
3. Subscription System
Subscription is required to access platform features and earning eligibility
Subscription is course-specific and time-bound
If a subscription expires, access to earning-related features is disabled
Earnings eligibility resumes only after active subscription renewal
4. Course Upgrade
Course upgrades provide learning access only
Upgrading a course does not activate earning eligibility
A separate subscription is required for earning access in upgraded courses
All upgrades are final and non-refundable
5. Affiliate & Direct Selling Model
The platform operates in alignment with the Government of India Direct Selling Guidelines (2016)
Earnings are generated through:
Direct referrals
One-level passive income only
No multi-level chain or pyramid structure exists
Earnings are valid only for confirmed and legitimate transactions
If a transaction is refunded, associated commissions will be reversed
6. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made through official platform channels only
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy
Subscription and upgrades are non-refundable
Refunds are not applicable once:
Platform features are used
Earnings activity has occurred
7. Code of Conduct
Users agree to:
Maintain respectful and professional communication
Avoid misrepresentation of the platform or income model
Not engage in spam, abuse, or illegal activity
Not make false income claims or misleading promotions
Violation may result in:
Account suspension or termination
Permanent restriction from the platform
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials belong to Lucky Earning Track
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution will result in legal action
9. Mentor / Sponsor System
Mentors and sponsors are expected to provide guidance and support
Users may request a change of mentor/sponsor through official support if required

Lucky Earning Track is not responsible for personal assurances, promises, or private commitments made by mentors or sponsors
Refunds are governed strictly by the platform’s Refund Policy only
The company does not process refunds based on individual mentor performance
10. Platform Support
The platform may provide general guidance through sessions, training, or support systems
This does not constitute personal mentorship guarantees
11. Limitation of Liability
Lucky Earning Track is not responsible for:
Financial outcomes
Personal losses
Missed opportunities
All results depend on individual effort, execution, and skill application.
12. Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate accounts for:
Policy violations
Misuse of the platform
Unethical or illegal activity
Terminated accounts are not eligible for:
Refunds
Pending commissions
13. Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
