4. Course Upgrade

An upgrade does not automatically provide access to features or services that are not included in the applicable upgrade.
Any applicable subscription or additional access requirement will be communicated to the user before activation.
Course upgrades are subject to the applicable LET Refund Policy.
5. Affiliate, Referral & Related Platform Activities
Where applicable, LET may provide referral, affiliate, commission, recognition, or other platform-based opportunities to eligible users.
Such activities are subject to applicable LET policies, eligibility conditions, transaction verification requirements, and applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Earnings or commissions, where applicable, are generated only from eligible and confirmed transactions in accordance with the applicable program rules.
LET does not guarantee any particular level of earnings, income, commissions, recognition, or financial results.
Users must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or guaranteed income claims when promoting or representing LET or its services.
If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or otherwise determined to be invalid, associated commissions or benefits may be reversed, adjusted, or withheld where applicable.

Payments must be made through official LET payment channels or authorised payment service providers.
Refunds are governed by the LET Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The standard refund request window is 24 hours from the date and time of the original transaction, subject to the applicable Refund Policy.
Submitting a refund request within the applicable period does not automatically guarantee approval.
LET may review the transaction, account activity, service or course usage, payment information, reason for the request, and other relevant information before approving or declining a refund.
Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and processing procedure will be determined in accordance with the Refund Policy.
For approved refunds, applicable payment gateway and payment processing charges may be deducted in accordance with the Refund Policy.
If an approved refund requires reversal or adjustment of associated commissions, benefits, or transaction-related amounts, LET may make the applicable adjustment.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Users should rely on official LET communications and published policies when making decisions regarding LET services.
Refunds are governed by the applicable LET Refund Policy and applicable law.
LET does not process refunds solely on the basis of individual mentor or sponsor performance, promises, or private commitments.

Such guidance does not constitute a guarantee of personal mentorship, employment, business success, income, commission, or any particular outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability
LET does not guarantee any particular financial, professional, educational, business, employment, or other outcome from the use of its platform, courses, programs, or related services.
Users are responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, and use of information provided through the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LET will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond LET's reasonable control.
LET is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party payment services, banking systems, internet or telecommunications failures, hosting or infrastructure issues, or other external service disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
