Lucky Earning Track (“LET”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides eligible users with the opportunity to participate in its Referral Program, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, program rules, and LET policies.
1. PURPOSE
The LET Referral Program allows eligible participants to introduce Lucky Earning Track to new customers through their unique referral link or referral code.
The program enables participants to receive commissions from qualifying transactions generated through their eligible referrals, subject to this policy and other applicable LET policies.
Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee any income, commission, sales, or financial return.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Referral Program is available only to users who meet LET's applicable eligibility requirements.
To participate, a user must:
Maintain a valid LET account
Have the required account status for referral participation
Complete KYC where required
Provide valid payout information where required
Comply with LET's Terms & Conditions and applicable policies
Follow all Referral Program rules
LET may restrict, suspend, or terminate referral privileges where a participant violates this policy or other applicable LET policies.
3. REFERRAL LINK / REFERRAL CODE
Eligible participants may receive a unique referral link and/or referral code.
When a prospective customer accesses LET through an eligible participant's referral link or uses the applicable referral code, the LET system may record and attribute the referral to that participant, subject to the platform's tracking and attribution rules.
A referral is considered successfully attributed only when the referral relationship is properly recorded by LET's system.
Participants must not alter, manipulate, misuse, or attempt to circumvent the referral tracking system.
LET is not responsible for referral attribution failures resulting from incorrect links or codes, user error, technical issues, or circumstances where the referral cannot be reliably verified.
4. QUALIFYING REFERRAL
A referral becomes commission-eligible only when the referred customer's transaction satisfies LET's applicable qualifying conditions.
A referral, registration, account creation, click, or other activity does not by itself create a commission entitlement.
A transaction may fail to qualify where it is:
Cancelled
Refunded
Reversed
Charged back
Fraudulent or invalid
Associated with prohibited activity
Otherwise determined to be ineligible under LET's applicable policies
Only transactions recognized and validated by LET as qualifying transactions may generate commission.
5. COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY
Commission is earned only on qualifying transactions.
Commission eligibility is subject to applicable verification, transaction status, refunds, cancellations, reversals, chargebacks, account status, and compliance with LET policies.
Referral activity does not guarantee any commission or income.
No participant should interpret the Referral Program as a guarantee of a particular level of earnings or financial results.
6. COMMISSION STATUS
LET may display commission status through the participant's dashboard using stages such as:
PENDING
The transaction has been recorded, but the commission is still subject to verification and applicable eligibility conditions.
VERIFIED / CONFIRMED
The transaction has passed the applicable verification process and the commission has been confirmed.
PAYABLE
The commission has become eligible for payout, subject to KYC, payout requirements, applicable minimum thresholds, lawful deductions, adjustments, and processing conditions.
PENDING → VERIFIED / CONFIRMED → PAYABLE → PAYOUT
A commission shown as Pending is not a final or guaranteed payable amount.
7. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & REVERSALS
If a referred customer's transaction is refunded, cancelled, charged back, reversed, disputed, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the associated commission may be withheld, cancelled, reversed, or adjusted.
Where a commission has already been credited or paid and the underlying transaction subsequently becomes ineligible, LET may reverse, recover, or otherwise adjust the affected commission, subject to applicable policies and law.

8. PAYOUTS
LET follows a weekly payout cycle for eligible commissions.
The standard commission period runs from:
MONDAY → SUNDAY
Eligible commissions from a completed weekly period are scheduled for payout during the following week, generally on Thursday or Friday, subject to applicable verification, KYC, payout requirements, and any applicable adjustments.
Before a payout is processed, the participant may be required to:
Complete KYC
Provide valid bank or payout information
Meet any applicable minimum payout threshold
Have the commission reach PAYABLE status
Satisfy applicable verification requirements
Comply with applicable legal or statutory requirements

Scheduled payout window
Thursday or Friday is a scheduled payout window and not an unconditional guarantee of bank credit on a specific day. Actual receipt may depend on banking systems, payment processors, holidays, technical issues, verification, and other operational circumstances.
9. PROHIBITED REFERRAL PRACTICES
Participants must use the Referral Program honestly and responsibly.
The following activities are prohibited:
Self-referrals
Creating fake or duplicate accounts
Using another person's identity or account
Fraudulent transactions
Manipulating referral attribution
Artificially generating transactions
Misleading or false claims
Misrepresenting LET or its products, services, programs, or commissions
Spam or unsolicited bulk communication
Unauthorized advertising
Deceptive promotional activities
Manipulation of commission records
Any activity intended to obtain commission through fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized means
Violations may result in commission cancellation, reversal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Using paid advertisements or search-engine advertising that falsely represents LET, its official website, pricing, commissions, or promotional offers

10. NO GUARANTEED INCOME
Participation in the LET Referral Program does not guarantee income, commissions, customers, sales, or financial results.
Actual results may vary depending on individual activity, customer interest, qualifying transactions, compliance with LET policies, and other factors.
LET does not represent or guarantee that any participant will earn a specific amount.
Any examples, promotional materials, or statements regarding commissions should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future earnings.
11. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
LET's current Referral Program commission structure is:

Commission percentages are applied according to LET's applicable commission calculation rules for each qualifying transaction. The stated percentages should not be interpreted as a percentage of the customer's total payment unless expressly stated by LET for the relevant transaction.
The applicable commission depends on the type of qualifying transaction and the participant's eligibility under LET's current Referral Program rules.
Commissions are calculated only on qualifying transactions and remain subject to verification, refunds, cancellations, reversals, chargebacks, policy compliance, and other applicable conditions.
The stated commission percentages do not guarantee any particular level of income, commission, sales, or payout.
LET may modify its commission structure in accordance with applicable program rules, this policy, and applicable law.
12. COMMISSION ADJUSTMENTS
LET may review and correct commission records where necessary.
Adjustments may be made due to:
Calculation errors
Duplicate transactions
Refunds
Cancellations
Chargebacks
Reversals
Fraudulent or invalid activity
Policy violations
Technical or system errors
Incorrect referral attribution
Other circumstances affecting commission eligibility
LET may reverse, withhold, or adjust commissions that were incorrectly credited or subsequently become ineligible, subject to applicable policies and law.
13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
LET may suspend or terminate Referral Program participation, and where appropriate restrict or terminate the user's account, in cases involving fraud, manipulation, prohibited referral practices, serious policy violations, or breaches of LET's Terms & Conditions.
The treatment of unpaid, pending, or disputed commissions following suspension or termination will be determined in accordance with applicable LET policies, transaction status, and applicable law.

14. TAXES
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with their applicable tax obligations arising from commissions or other payments received through LET.
Where required by applicable law, LET may deduct, withhold, report, or otherwise process applicable taxes or statutory deductions.
Participants should obtain independent professional tax advice where necessary.

The Creator, Mentor, Instructor, and Freelance Programs are separate LET programs and are not governed solely by this Referral & Commission Policy. Participation in those programs is subject to their respective eligibility requirements, policies, compensation or benefit structures, and terms.
16. POLICY CHANGES
LET may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Referral Program or this policy when reasonably necessary, including changes to:
Commission structures
Eligibility requirements
Qualifying transaction conditions
Referral tracking
Payout procedures
Verification requirements
Compliance requirements
The latest version published through LET's official platform will govern future referral activity, subject to applicable law.
Where required, material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
